My husband is a superstitious man, especially when it comes to sports. He has worn the same lucky shirt to watch the Patriots play for 14 years. He believes in lucky charms. Last year Mai & I made daddy a Patriots Foot Print Craft. When the Pats ended up winning the Superbowl, he took it to be a lucky charm. With opening day for the Red Sox coming, he wanted to ensure another winning New England team victory, so we broke out our paint again & a cute pair of little feet.
We drew & cut out a pair of socks from red construction paper.
I painted my daughter’s little piggies in a darker shade of red.
Press both painted feet into the socks. Mommy made a little mistake the first time & printed on the wrong side. So we flipped our sock over & printed on the other side as well.
Paint in white lines to separate the 2 socks & paint in heels & lines for the top of the socks.
Now on to our main event…
