We love making nature crafts in our house. I am not certain what is more fun, gathering up the materials or actually making the craft.
For this craft we gathered a variety of ferns, leaves & flowers. Be sure to shake off everything to get rid of bugs.
Paint a paper plate in green & let dry. Cut the center out to form a ring. Use a hole punch to punch holes all around the ring.
Poke the plants and flowers into the punched holes on the plate. Thicker bunches of ferns & leaves should fit nicely, but some of the flowers & leaves may need to be taped down under the paper plate.
If you want to add more plants or flowers, add more holes with the punch. To add a little something extra, we glued a few gemstones around the crown.
My daughter could not wait to put on her crown. She looked like a nature princess.

My girls would love this as they are always quick to pick all sorts of flowers when they are outside playing!! 🙂
We love picking flowers too. It is the best part I think. lol
