Love is in the air. Valentine’s Day is just a few weeks away and my daughter is loving all of the hearts. She has been making sweet Valentine’s every chance that she gets. She even learned to spell and write the word love on her own. It is wonderful to get love messages from my little girl now.
This week, we made Valentine’s for each other. We made puzzles that we had to put together that contained special messages to one another. These were very easy and we had fun making them together. Here’s how.
We lined up six craft sticks.
We put a couple of pieces of tape of one side to hold all the sticks together.
We flipped the sticks over and drew our pictures on the end with no tape.
We painted our pictures with acrylic paints and then set them aside to let them dry.
Once they dried, we removed the tape and gave each other our Valentine’s puzzles to put together.
How adorable is this? My little girl loves her mama.
These are a great gift idea to make for mom, dad, classmates, or the grandparents.
