In reply to go Mama O. It does dry out. The popcorn stayed pretty well in mine. We did a craft over the summer with Play-Doh and rocks that was similar. It was hung and it held up.

I am so impressed by your drawings! I feel like having qualities pass down from parent to child is one of the most endearing things about family. To share interests and understand one another is so special. Your daughter is so talented and lucky that you provide her with so many opportunities to be artistic. Fun project! 🙂

Really fun idea! This may be a silly question, but do you need to throw out the playDoh when you’re done? I’m assuming it will dry out and the tree needs to stay flat.

Love it and both my girls love to draw. As you know Kevin is the artist in our family, but still can’t help also loving to see how creative they both can be and also how excited they get from this, as well, too 😉
