My five-year old loves to color. Last year she pushed aside her coloring books and dove into my adult coloring books and that is all that she will color now. She spends days working diligently on every small detail of the page that she is working on and does a beautiful job. My daughter’s love for coloring, inspired me to try my hand at making my first coloring page. For a first attempt, it is not perfect, but my little one and I both enjoyed it. Coloring is so relaxing and a great activity that we can work on together. My daughter and I colored these side by side. We chose our favorite gel pens to color in our snowflakes. The gel pens added a great shimmer and sparkle to our snowflakes.
I was thrilled that my daughter loved the snowflake coloring page. It took her two days to color in her page and then she asked me if we had more, so I printed her out another one to work on. She is still coloring it.
It took me a couple of days to work on mine as well. It was a rainy weekend and we both had the sniffles, so it was the perfect thing for a rainy day.
