Hummingbird Craft with Printable

Mother’s Day Printable Bookmark
I can’t speak for all the moms out there, but this mom loves books. I love reading books for me and I love reading to my little girl. It is very common for me to bookmark our pages with cards or small cut outs of drawings that my daughter makes me. Lately, I have been reading to my daughter less and less. My six-year-old has been learning to read and has been wanting to read books on her own more frequently. I knew this day would eventually come. It is here and it is the inspiration for these Mother’s Day bookmarks. This is a sweet keepsake that will make you smile every time you read a book. A grandma and blank name template are also available.
Mirror, Mirror On The Wall by Kim Uliana Poem Printable
Mirror, Mirror on the wall…
It does not matter if I’m short or tall…
If I have skinny legs or my hips are wide…
It only matters who I am inside…
Blue eyes, brown eyes, black or green…
What makes me most beautiful cannot be seen…
When you look at me, don’t judge me by my parts…
The most beautiful thing about me is my heart.
Kim Uliana (The Pinterested Parent)
The Most Beautiful Thing
Once upon a time a few years ago, I took a sweet photo of my little girl looking at herself in the mirror. Looking at my daughter smiling at her own image in the mirror moved something in me and inspired me to write a poem about how it made me feel. The popularity of the poem was overwhelming. I was thrilled to see how many people were inspired by my message. Unfortunately, my daughter’s image and words were copied and reworked so much that the original origins have gotten lost. Because of this, I have found our poem being sold on a number of different sites as a printable. Never in a million years did I think of trying to make money off of this message for my child, but a printable version for those that wanted it did seem like a wonderful idea. Please enjoy our free printable poem.
